I have to admit that when I read "Bowl Skate Jam" I had no idea what to expect. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a huge bowl in the middle of the venue, There were approximately 25 skaters in attendance and they were each taking turns at showing off their best tricks.
Spotted: A stranger (wish I knew who you were!) being intrigued by the show.
As the next skater waited to take his turn in the bowl I was able to snap a shot of his board. It was probably one of my favorite skate decks of the night because of how much character it had. I later found out that Labor Skate Shop on Canal st carries it, so if you skate you now know where to pick it up!
Spotted: Everyone patiently waiting their turn
Caught one of the skaters killing it until he managed to slip up and wipe out. He had a good run and despite the slip up he got right back up to end strong! The event was full of energy and the passion put forth by the skaters made it intriguing to watch! Great way to end the night after an eventful Agenda run.
